June at August 2007 :

Training course in the Center of Engineering of the Nuclear Capacity in Exploitation EDF of Marseilles : Analyze risks of potential damage on the principal primary education circuits and secondaries of engines 900 and 1300 MWe compared to the doctrines and programs of preventive maintenance.

My work will primarily concern the establishment of an analysis of risk, starting from existing study files, based on the resumption of the mechanical studies in order to evaluate the risks of potential damage on the principal primary education circuits and secondaries of engines 900 and 1300 MW, compared to the doctrines and programs of preventive maintenance. My analysis of risk will aim to identify the whole of the most requested zones from the point of view of mechanical tiredness and to check the coherence of this identification with the zones followed in exploitation.



July-August 2006:

Training course within the Newtec company specialized in the machines of automated storage and handling continues: theoretical study, mechanical improvement of a conveyor with rollers and full-scale tests.

I carried out this training course of end of first year of school of engineer within the Newtec company, specialized in the machines of conditioning, palletization and the continuous systems handling.
This training course consists of the study and analyzes of a conveyor RCLA with rollers allowing the transport of loads. This study must make it possible the company to know the limits of employment of its system and the improvements realizable.
The subject of this training course translates the will to find solutions with the insufficiencies of operation sometimes noted on the level of the drive of parcel.

This training course was particularly enriching and interesting to me by share its theoretical and practical aspects. I thus could work within a engineering and design department to analyze the problem, to seek solutions and to carry out theoretical calculations but also to carry out the tests, measurements and full-scale checks in workshop.
That me A made it possible to discover on the one hand the atmosphere of a engineering and design department, the work of design in team and on the other hand the life in workshop, the manufacture and the concretization of the studies carried out.

I thus began this training course by an analysis from the system, I took note of the problem and the reports/ratios already carried out on this subject.
After having to consider the possible causes of the problem, I set up a series of tests, measurements and checks.

The synthesis of all these results will then make it possible to consider solutions and an adaptation of the system.

In parallel, I also carried out various missions during these two months of training course. The principal one, intended for the Renault company, consisted of the study and the design of a new system managing of the parcels in agreement with a strict schedule of conditions.

I also could contribute to the drawing of plans of details of parts, with the modification of plans of sets,...
